-Tim Gunn is a new man. I don’t know if he changed his coffee from Morning Soothing Blends to Open a Can of Whoop Ass or what but that man has a new spring in his step. First he puts that horrible Wretchen in her place and now he is writing a tell all book-from contestants to top designers to Anna Wintour. I love me the new Tim. (via Gawker)

-So say you have a major ad campaign for a major brand that uses a highly recognizable song from a well known band. You know what you should ASBOLUTELY NOT DO- ask permission to show their live performance. I mean why ask for and pay for the right when you could just use it and afterwards go, “oops”. Feeling a little lost? Let me clarify, Pepsi did not clear all the proper rights in their ad campaign that features War’s song Why Can’t We Be Friends (according to War) and now they want Lots and Lots of Money. (via TMZ)
