Radar is reporting that Les Moonves is in talks to try to get Charlie Sheen back on CBS. That’s insane talk! Why the hell would anyone go to bat for Charlie after his public antics? Apparently Les is trying to figure out a solution that that “everyone can live with.”

Radar’s source said:

“Moonves told Chuck Lorre that he should ‘let us handle Charlie….Moonves wants to get the show back on the air. He’s all for it…He says certain people need to forget anything and everything Charlie’s done recently and just move on with the business at hand.

“The core issue is, as he put it, the volatile relationship between Charlie Sheen and Chuck Lorre. He believes that if CBS and Warner Bros. TV honchos can find a way to get Chuck and Charlie to speak again, cooler heads will prevail.”

So does that mean that they’ll let Chuck off the show, and bring Charlie back on? That doesn’t seem right at all, does it? How does Chuck get punished for all of this? It’s not all his fault. I understand that Charlie and Chuck don’t get along, but Chuck hasn’t been the public nuisance…Ridiculous.

Sadly, if the show does come back, I bet it’ll rate higher than ever.

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

NOOOOOOOOOOOO. I do not want to hear more about Charlie Sheen! If he comes back, it will never end. I haven’t heard his name for 3 days and I thought it finally blew over.

I pray Les is lying or The Chenbot knocks some sense into him. ZIIING!

What exactly does a “star” have to do to make themselves no longer desirable and to kill their career?

Sheen has abused women (even shooting one,) done copious amounts of drugs (bragging about it in public and even being caught with huge amounts of illegal substances,) and he’s called his bosses every name in the book. To review…immoral, illegal, and disrespectful.

If CBS really takes this idiot back, they will have set a new low for standards.

If it turns out this whole shit and shebang (pun intended) has been a publicity stunt, I will personally start an internet petition for every damned advertiser on CBS to let them know that whoever signs it will not be watching the network anymore. After all, they will then be the backers of spousal abuse, illegal drug use, and either exploiting a mentally ill person or encouraging an actor to act mentally ill in order to exploit an audience.

The problem with petitions is that the network cheeses know that when viewers say “I swear I will never watch your stupid network again!!!” what they mean is “until I get home with a full bag of Cheetos and ‘Mike & Molly’ comes on.”

To REALLY make a difference, you’ve gotta go all crazy-pants, like those Stargate Continuum nerds, and stand outside the network’s offices with magic marker and glitter signs that say “YOU KILLED MY SHOW AND DESTROYED MY LIFE!!! YOU BASTARDS!”

@NWMTV: It was an empty threat anyway since I don’t watch network t.v.

But here is what I DO plan to do–from now on, every time I encounter a mentally ill person, I will run up to them and scream out, “Stop yanking my chain, you big fucking fraud!”
