Lindsay Could Go To The Slammer, Again

According to TMZ, Lindsay is going to get her probation revoked tomorrow. TMZ wrote, “When Lindsay is arraigned Wednesday for allegedly lying to cops and reckless driving in connection with her car accident last June … the judge will revoke her probation in the jewelry heist case and set a date for a hearing to formally decide if Lindsay violated the terms of her probation by breaking the law again. We’re told the hearing will be conducted at the same time Lindsay stands trial on the criminal charges…Even if Lindsay is found not guilty in the criminal case, the judge can still rule she violated her probation because the standard of proving a probation violation is significantly lower than proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. The stakes for Lindsay are high — up to 8 months in jail, and that doesn’t include jail time if she’s convicted in the car accident case.”

I’m such a broken record with this story, but I just had to write about it. What the hell is this little girl going to do with her life? I think real jail time will do her good, but it’s too bad the prison system is overcrowded and she won’t stay longer than two weeks. She needs to just go far away, and get help. She’s a disaster.

Speaking of disaster…I couldn’t help but laugh when I read the story about how Bravo’s Million Dollar Decorators spent $200,000 re-doing her house…and when it came to film the reveal, Lindsay wouldn’t return the producers’ calls, and the place is allegedly trashed now. The verdict is (in case you were wondering): The show will use the post-renovation footage they shot without Lindsay. I know it’s sad, but when I read about Lindsay’s house being trashed, I couldn’t help but picture a huge clothes apocalypse, with empty booze bottles and pills strewn all over the house. She’s a mess. She won’t make it past 30 at this rate.
