Madonna cut poor Lourdes out of her movie,W.E.…Lourdes played a young version of actress Abbie Cornish, and Madonna must have though her daughter didn’t do a great job judging by what she told MTV News. She said, “I just kind of dragged her in at the last minute. It was quite unfair of me what I did and what I asked her to do. She was really great…and then I ended up cutting her out of the film. Ruthless, I know…I said, ‘Sorry babe, you’re on the cutting room floor.’ She took it like a champ.”

“Dragged her in at the last minute” means she wasn’t too prepared, and probably sucked. Oy. I wouldn’t want to be birthed out of Madonna, she’s ruthless. Mom’s are supposed to think their kids are great no matter what! Who knows, maybe she did Lourdes a favor because her film sucks so hard. I’m curious to see it now.

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

I see Madonna as someone afraid of getting old, and not wanting competition. This is an easy way for her to undermine her daughter and break her spirit.

Considering that WE is a misguided vanity project and Madonna is trying to make a documented Nazi-sympathizer into a sympathetic character, Lourdes got the good end of the deal.

Madonna: “Honey, step in to my office.”
    Lourdes: “Why mom?”
    Madonna: “BECUASE YOU’RE FUCKING FIRED!!”

Huh. Madonna’s cutting someone out of a role because her acting is not up to par? I have no words.

I was just watching Madonna’s video GIVE ME ALL YOUR LOVIN on another website. I was lovin it. She’s a 50 year old cheerleader in the video.

Sardini — that was a funny comment.

That is indeed coldblooded. Mama don’t play! Poor Lourdes. Oh well the girl is still rich.

    Too funny Sardini.

When she gave Lourdes the snip, I hope she used her british accent instead of her mommy voice.
