I didn’t want to write two posts, since it’s all Jersey Shore related, so you get a two in one!
First order of business: Snooks opened up to OK Magazine about her “dark” eating disorder past. They didn’t release the article, because the mag wants you to buy it, but allegedly Snooks was a puker, and a non-eater. Poor thing. I’m glad she’s overcome! And I’m so glad those fried pickles on the season 2 opener didn’t serve as a new gateway binge food for her, she was eating those like they were going out of style.
The bright side of her eating disorder? She can now be a spokesperson for anorexia, and bulimia! Plus, she’ll actually have something serious to write about in her tell-all, other than her nasty break-up with Emilio.
One question: Does binge drinking, and barfing count for bingeing, and purging? No, right? It’s not intentional. Well,

And next order of biz: JWoww got her boobs fixed! Jwoww’s doctor, Dr. Greenberg told Life & Style, “She wanted my help in trying to redo cosmetic surgery procedures she’d previously had done by another doctor.”
And, JWoww reported on her website, “Dr. Greenberg was recommended to me by a friend and performed my breast augmentation. I am happy to say that not only did I like the overall experience and am more than happy with the procedure results, but I am going to be helping him launch his own line of cosmetic surgery skin care products!” So, basically that means she got her boob redo for free, and she’ll get a kickback of anything this Doc sells, because she’s putting her boobproval on it. Way to work it. If there’s one thing these kids know how to do is market the sh*t out of something.
If you like it, spread it!:

I reallly like JWOWW’s bathing suit. #thatisall
I don’t know about Snooki being the standard-bearer for eating disorders. Isn’t she kind of what the anorexic girls are afraid of looking like?
@Pixie, she’s the one they had in mind when they printed those “I Beat Anorexia” T-Shirts, LOL.
I think girls sometimes get confused about a bout or two of extreme dieting versus a bona fide ED, the people I know who have had them take years to recover and seem to be more like they are in a state of remission than ever getting completely over it. I think you can have an emotional problem with food and it can spin out of control, but a real ED is a serious psychological issue.
I could see her being a bulimic, because those girls are usually not that thin, even when they are bingeing and purging. Anorexics stay thin, though, even when they are “over” it, and have to make themselves eat set quantities. Yeah, Cheez, they never “beat” it; it is like an addiction, they still think about food all the time. I’m not sure with bulimia, though. They might relapse if they are stressed out.
@Pixielated: On the 1st season, Snooki spoke about her eating disorder that she had while in high school. It was when they went to AC and at dinner, she asked for a roll and The Situation said, “Uh..you have a few.” And she ran off crying..and confessed all her past body issues to JWoww in the bathroom.
Thank goodness JWoww got those boobs redone. They were miles apart, a guf between them. But she’d better stop redoing them now or she’ll end up with frakensquare tits. or fake and square tits. Whatever Kim G said, lol.
@Nads: “One question: Does binge drinking, and barfing count for bingeing, and purging?”
Haha..if that’s the case the statistics for ED would be so much higher!
