Just a heads up…Obama will be giving his speech about how he plans to withdraw the troops from Afghanistan this Wednesday at 8PM ET, so that means The Voice, and So You Think You Can Dance will be heavily impacted. Of course there will be other shows affected, but for our readers these are the ones that matter!

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

    I’m all about withdrawing our troops from Afghanistan but not if it effects me being able to watch So You Think You Can Dance! Argh!!!

    I would have loved to see him do this during the NBA or NHL finals… The networks would have been apoplectic.

    Why do they always do these at prime time? What the hell is wrong with doing it at 7:00? Or how about just showing it on news channels and let everyone decide on their own if they WANT to watch it? arrgggh

    Because they want to maximize viewership. And the networks are the ones who choose to carry it not the other way around.

    Do we know if Fox is actually going to show him? Didn’t they just go ahead and air SYTYCD last time he did this?

    OMG! Why on earth did Cee-lo decide to do the The Voice? Out of all of the shows he could have chosen to do about musicians, he had to choose an American Idol rip off? Seriously? What was he thinking?

    @Nikki, I think it’s at 8 to account for our friends out on the west coast. And people wonder why there’s an east coast bias. The stupid time change causes us to miss some of the most important shows on television with pre empted speaches (Modern Family earlier this year), while they never miss anything. I mean what’s on at 5pm, the evening news. SNORE.

    Three of my friends are dancing backup to Cee-lo tonight on The Voice, dressed in 20′s style according to their FB pics, and Obama usurped them all!

    Wait..I wonder if The Voice adjusted their schedule, too. I didn’t even check because I here reading recaps. LOL.. Priorities!
