Poor Ricki Lake…she got canceled after one season. They’ll continue to air all original episodes, but as far as production goes–she’s done. Deadline is reporting that Jeff Probst is next on the chopping block, making room for our favorite…Kris Jenner. Puke. Sad that she’s going off the air, she was one of the O.G.s and a hell of a lot more authentic than Kris Jenner ever will be.

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

    Goddamnit.
    Who wants a talk show with Kris Jenner anyway?
    She’s a pimp and an adulteress….does that seem like the kind of person you need to be taking advice from or pouring out your deepest, darkest secrets to?

    If Kris Whoredashian and Dr. Phil were to ever get drunk off some Schnapps and start to copulating, I’d never even THINK about watching daytime TV again.
    Then again, I don’t watch much daytime TV. Still, it’s terrifying to think about it.

    This second iteration of Ricki sucked ass, but I really loved her as the Rock of Love Charm School director. More reality, Ricki, it’s your calling!

    This reminds me of back in the day where I was too broke for cable and would play hooky from my job and have the day to watch crapstatic shows like Sally Jesse Rafael, Ricky Lake, Geraldo, Morton Downy Jr just to name a few, pig out on cheetos and think my life was awesome compared to the losers on those shows.

    The Geraldo show was daily viewing for sure! The best ever was the one with the nazi skinheads and the black guy kicking some racist asshole ass and Geraldo getting his nose bashed in with a chair. Man, that was awesome!
