Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

I believe that police reports have come out estimating that he hit the gaurd rail at 130 mph. Pretty sure that played a role in this. Sad that two lives had to be lost so irresponsibly.
I saw a picture of the car and it is flattened like a pancake. I heard that he hit the guard rail and the car flew through 40 yards of trees before going up in flames. Unless they were thrown clear of the car, I imagine that they died of injuries from the actual crash, that car is completely crushed.
Here is a link with a pic of the car. It doesn’t even look like a car anymore..just like some pieces of metal fused together. What an awful way to go..I hope they suffered no pain.

I hope they are keeping the passenger unidentified because they have yet to notify the family and not because his remains can’t be identified. Due to the nature of the crash and the car, any scenario is likely. My heart goes out to the families.
BTW..did anyone read Roger Ebert’s tweet?
“Friends don’t let jackasses drive drunk.”
You can imagine the backlash he received from this.
I think Roger Ebert’s tweet may have been “too soon” but if the toxicology reports come back that he was loaded (which witnesses are saying he had at least 3 shots and 3 beers shortly before hopping into his car) then it’s true. He not only tragically ended his own life but the life of his passenger, and fortunatley didn’t harm anyone else with the irresponsibility of his driving whether it was alcohol or speed related. It’s a very sad situation, but I don’t knock Ebert for saying it how it is.
@ captain-save-uh-hoe: right there with you. Ebert was just saying it like it is. As sad as it is that Ryan Dunn and his passenger died, it’s also a miracle that no other cars or people were involved in the wreck.
I hope Lindsay Lohan is seeing all of this on the news. Not that it’d sink in or anything, I just hope she’s seeing all this.
I agree with Ebert’s comments but still found it to be a bit harsh in it’s timing. Oh, btw, the passenger’s name is Zach Hartwell and there is a picture of them drinking together, with a third guy, that Ryan tweeted shortly before the crash. I bet you that third guy is feeling like a major asshole right now for letting his friends drive away.
Well, if they were all drinking a lot, the third guy probably didn’t even think about the consequences because he was too drunk. Which is why it’s always smart to have someone with you who is NOT consuming alcohol (or, if they’re not going to drive, only a little alcohol) to ensure that everyone gets home safely, either by a DD or a cab. So sad.
