A woman who was featured in the Shahs of Sunset, Bravo‘s new reality series about Persians (that’s airing next year), is suing Ryan Seacrest productions and Bravo claiming she was forced against her will to play a bad girl during a shoot. This is how it all allegedly went down: She signed her waiver to appear on camera at a party, and then hell broke loose..at the party, she apparently got bullied, verbally assaulted, and had water thrown in her face. Now, she’s suing to get the footage pulled and to get some cash money.

She’s currently suing Ryan Seacrest Productions and Bravo for $100,000 in damages.

I don’t think she’ll ever see that money. I bet they pull the footage, but she’ll never get paid out. I’m very familiar with those releases and they’re pretty iron clad. People should know what they’re getting into when they agree to appear on camera.

All of this nonsense is just free publicity for the show.

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

When I was on the Real World, I told the producers I had a problem with people from Minnesota, and people with gaps between their front teeth. I said I couldn’t coexist with them. Guess who was the only person who still needed a roommate when I showed up with my wheelie tote? This Gappy McToothington with a Scanderhoovian accent. And a bad case of Aspergers. I sued, and MTV offered to settle with three cases of left-over tequila they had sitting around from the previous season. My lawyer advised me to take the booze and run. Well, run with TWO of the cases. He was taking the third case to cover his legal fees. (Yeah, he was THAT kind of lawyer.)

OMG, how funny would a reality show about Persian cats be? They could totally fight it out with those hairless/naked cats. Unless that’s just another version of Real Housewives?
