“LOST” in 11 days………..

Did you like “Howie Do It”? I didn’t. It was definitely like the old “Candid Camera” show of my childhood, but it wasn’t funny. Watching the couple make the mouthwash commercial in bed made me uncomfortable. More than that, it was just stupid & more like something you’d see on “Cheaters”. There are a lot funnier hidden video clips on YouTube. I’m sitting here trying to find something nice to about the show & I can’t think of a thing, so I’ll move on.

Speaking of hidden camera game shows, “A Gameshow in My Head” has two new episodes on tonight at 8 & 8:30pm on CBS. Ashton Kutcher’s twist is more entertaining than Howie’s. They just need to get rid of Joe Rogan & his annoying habit of shouting at the camera in the studio.

MSNBC is even getting in on the ‘hidden camera’ trend. They are airing “Caught on Camera” at 8pm. The camera will capture what people do in emergency situations. This is their version of “What Would You Do?” which ABC perfected first.

The night is mostly repeats, sprinkled with a couple of new shows here & there. “Crusoe” on NBC is new tonight at 8pm. Watch it now, cuz it’s been cancelled. It’s followed by “Law & Order” (repeat) at 9pm & “Law & Order: SVU” (repeat) at 10pm.

ABC decided to repeat the season opener of “The Bacholer” at 8pm & also rerun the series premiere of their new nightmare, “True Beauty” at 10pm. The outcome of this second show was determined when they cast it. The networks need to leave this type of show to the experts at MTV & VH1.

CBS is also airing a repeat of “Criminal Minds” at 9pm with a new “48 Hrs. Mystery” at 10pm which investigates another murder mystery.

APL has “Underdog to Wonderdog”, the new extreme doggie make-over show, at 8pm. Victoria Stillwell is still in the USA. This time she’s helping a bulldog learn some manners on a new “It’s Me or the Dog” at 9pm.

“The Graham Norton Show”, on the BBCA at 10pm, has Mickey Rourke as his guest. I read somewhere that Mr. Rourke is making a ‘come-back’ with his role in the new movie “The Wrestler”, in theatres now. He is suppose to be so good at playing a washed-up wrestler that he may be nominated for an Oscar. Has anyone seen this movie?

I’m really trying to find something for you guys to watch on TV tonight and the pickings suck ass. I’m really hoping that most of you go out tonight & paint the town red (or blue or green or even rainbow if that’s your pleasure).

Here’s some MOVIES:

ABCF:

“Practical Magic” at 8:30pm. (1998) Sandra Bullock & Nicole Kidman as witches.

E!:

“Moulin Rouge” at 8pm (2001) Nicole Kidman again.

FLIX:

“Sex, Lies, & Videotape” at 8pm. (1989) James Spader & Andie McDowell

FX:

“Mr. & Mrs. Smith” at 8pm. (2005) Brangelina

HALLMARK:

“Expecting a Miracle” at 9pm. (2009) Jason Priestley & Cheech Marin (NEW)

IFC:

“Dancing at the Blue Iguana” at 8pm. (2000) Daryl Hannah

OXYGEN:

“The Queen” at 8pm. (2006) Helen Mirren

TCM:

“Bombshell at 10pm. (1933-Classic) Jean Harlow

That’s it kids. I tried. Things get better tomorrow. I promise!

“LOST” Countdown……. 11 Days!!!!!
