Sheryl Crow sat down with Nancy O’Dell and talked about her ex, Lance. I’m sure when Lance had his talk with Oprah, Sheryl was like, “Oh f*ck, now I have to do a press tour, when all I want is a good beer buzz, early in the morning.”

Anyway, Sheryl had to step away from her buzz and told Nancy, “It’s got to be really hard to walk around knowing that you’re not telling the truth about something. And so, I always contend that the truth is the best way to go.”

She’s probably like, I have to keep talking about this douchebag? I hope his balls fall off, oh wait…one did. Too soon?

If she was smart, she’d time a new album his interview.

Sorry, I couldn’t find more of the interview online, but I’ll dig for it. Here’s what was released:

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

Boy can you tell the difference in Nacy Odell’s face vs. Sheryl. I hope I age like Sheryl. Nancy looks ridiculous in comparison.

Lance was not a douchebag up until the point in time that Oprah made him cry. It’s Oprah’s fault that he is a douchebag.

I blame Oprah for everything. Especially global warming.

I only blame Oprah for the things which she directly and deliberately caused. Feel free to blame everything else on Bush.

Obviously, any publicity is good publicity and why should Sheryl Crow not take advantage of the controversy?

I saw the “interview” (I haven’t watched ET in years, but for some reason I left the channel on that day). It wasn’t like she was had a sit down with Nancy to talk about Lance. It seems like Nancy basically ambushed her in the middle of an interview that was supposed to be about her helping Blake Shelton mentor contestants for the voice. She looked uncomfortable throughout the interview and Blake had to intervene and make a joke to get her out of having to answer the questions. But ET is selling it like they had an exclusive with her, that she agreed to talk to them about it and to nobody else!

Personally, though, I think she knew. Not that it really matters.
