So I was always told, don’t blow the breathalyzer and take a blood test instead if you get pulled over after drinking. Well, Shia refused both and that was his saving grace. The Los Angeles Country District Attorney spokeswoman, Jane Robison said there was “insufficient evidence” to charge Shia with a DUI. He’ll probably get his license suspended for a while because of California DMV laws, but I’m pretty certain he’ll fork over the money to get a driver (what he should have done after drinking in the first place).
He is soooo lucky its unbelievable. He gets off the hook from that Chicago drug store incident, and now gets off the hook for his DUI. He should really consider playing the lottery.
