Simon Cowell Thinks Adam Lambert Will Win Idol

Simon went on Oprah yesterday and said that his money is on Adam Lambert winning because he’s fearless and “he’s got swagger”. My money is on Adam too, but even if he doesn’t win it won’t matter because he’s already proven himself to be a star. Only two more weeks!!! Ahhh!

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

    Love Simon for saying what he said on Oprah. Adam fans — even if Simon says this, we should still vote vote vote for Adam. We can’t leave matters to chance. See what happened 2 weeks ago when he landed on the bottom 3. Would you want a repeat of that? I surely wouldn’t want to. I CRIED when that happened and promised myself never again. Adam is the best talent in AI and he deserves our love and support. Please, please no split voting this time. Convince friend and family members to vote for him. This guy is the real deal. There are people undermining his ability as an artist, please don’t let them win. We should just vote for Adam and prove them wrong!! I just love my weekly dose of AI. Again – VOTE VOTE VOTE!!! Good luck Adam!!

    Oh I gotta call bullshit on this one.

    Cowell has been kissing Gokey’s ass all season — the jury lets that clown get away with murdering pretty much every song he touches, while they’ve shown no such restraint for any other candidate.

    Cowell’s statements like this are just a way of stoking the fire under the asses of the people who are voting for a ‘christian’ victory.

    Who knows why? I’m guessing AI gets its marching order from Fox.

    What do you mean?

    “Marching orders” = demand to leave.

    AI is the biggest moneymaker the Fox TV Network has even seen. I very much doubt AI gets bossed around by Fox, otherwise they *might* walk (to another network).

    In the literal, military sense, marching orders refers to when a superior officer gives orders to the troops to depart on whatever mission/killing spree the office has decided to send them on.

    Emphasis on a ‘superior’ giving ‘orders’ …

    Although, you make an excellent point about Fox needing AI (possibly more than AI needs Fox?).

    I still think Cowell is full of hoohaw.

    Itchy, I know what you mean. By saying he thinks Adam will win, he might only motivate Gokey’s fans to vote all the more.

    Grr – Obviously (IMO) Adam is the best, but I could live with a Kris win (however unlikely) – I just want Gokey to get that smirk wiped off his face when he gets sent home (even though we will be the ones punished by a repeat performance by him).
