The series premiere of Teen Mom was MTV‘s top series premiere of 2009. That means the pregnant teens beat out the Jersey Guidos! Unbelievable. Teen Mom drew in 2.1 million viewers in their target demo. Pretty crazy.

I guess I’m going to have to check it out. I loved 16 and Pregnant, so I’m sure I’ll find this interesting.

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

    You must check this show out. I watched the premiere and it was really good. This show should be mandatory for any teen having sex. I really like Catelynn and Tyler. The two of them have more sense then their parents put together.

    I liked the 16 & Pregnant Show so I was looking forward to the new show Teen Moms.

    Catelynn and Tyler did the right thing for their situation and for their baby. Unfortunately Tyler’s father thinks that they should have kept the baby and raised her themselves. He is verbally abusive to both Catelynn and Tyler and has no respect for their feelings and decisions. He also married Catelynn’s mother, so now he’s part of the family.

    I have a feeling that the real tearjerker will be Maci. She is planning her wedding and her fiance is out of town on business for the next month. I think he will probably cheat on her and the wedding will be off. I feel sorry for her. She loses her virginity to this guy, has his baby and thinks this is going to be happily ever after. I don’t think he’s going to be marrying her. I just hope she is strong enough to realize that marriage to her baby’s father is not a good thing.
