The new DWTS cast is leaking slowly. Today they revealed The Hoff, and now they’ve leaked that Florence Henderson, Audrina Patridge, and Jennifer Grey have signed on.
The current cast so far is:
The Hoff
The Situation
The Florence Henderson
The Audrina Patridge
The Jennifer Grey
The official cast will be announced on August 30th, and the show premieres on September 20th. The cast looks pretty damn good so far, especially with The Situation, and The Hoff. Plus, Jennifer Grey–she’s come out of hiding! I swear that poor girl didn’t work after she got her nose job! DWTS could be her big return. I know it’s just reality, but at least it’s something.

I think we should put our collective heads together and come up with a “the” nickname for each contestant. Except I’m not snarky enough to come up with something funny.

I was thinking “The Hills” for Audrina, cause her hills got bigger as the show progressed, “The Nose” for Jennifer, since it ruined her career. See….not good at this!

@ Chemgal..lmao!!! I have to buy one, stat! (Actually, I have taken her out for a drink before, but I make sure it’ a restaurant that serves drinks, rather than just a bar. Oh, and I always order an appetizer, just so nobody gets suspicious! But don’t worry, I don’t drink and drive..unless you count steering a Maclaren! haha

@sarcas-I used to bartend in northern Wisconsin-sadly, it’s not unusual to see a baby at a bar up there! At least with the new smoking ban they won’t be craving Marlboros when they go to kindegarten. It always makes me think of “Sweet Home Alabama”-”You have a baby….in a bar!”
I don’t always watch DWTS, but Jennifer Grey is genius casting. Casting The Situation & Audrina is just sad.

In NYC, some places allow dogs in bars (although, from I’ve read, I think your kitty would also be quite welcome
) but most draw the line at babies. Babies cramp the other bargoers’ styles..but a dog, a dog is cute and gives the place an edge.
Dogs just sit there letting drunk people clumsily pet it. (Babies, not so much)
I remember a few weeks ago in a bar, petting a woman’s dog (clumsily, much to my chagrin), and she starts in on how old (16) and sick it is (last legs), so I slurrily comfort her, as I stroke her dog against the grain, but providing the contact info a pet insurance company i use. See, alchohol and pets bring people together. Babies, not so much. Moral of the story… NYC bartenders may keep biscuits behind the bar but never Gerber. #themoreyouknow

I put Jennifer Grey’s name in the Jersey Shore nickname Generator online and it spit out: “The Ashley Simpson of Cape May.” That site is legit! LOLLLLL
