   to be fair to teresa, it’s often said we don’t understand the true innovators of our time, and as the modern day lucille ball, maybe that’s where the disconnect it

   in all seriousness, the woman is a lunatic. but she always has been. it’s just that danielle was more coocoo for cocoa puffs. she’s completely delusional and mean-spirited. a pretty brutal combination.

   i must say: i love the manzos and the gorgas. melissa is definitely a tad high-maintenance, but to watch what they put up with on a daily basis, i’ll allow it.

   With Danielle gone, the producers know that there’s a villain vacuum. That’s why Teresa’s playing the role of ” Chief Thundercunt” now.

   Teresa was born without a gene that allows her to feel empathy for people. She has shown it throughout to each woman whenever there is a conflict and Jacquee pointed it out a few times to her when she was writing her brother the letter. She simply can’t see another side or try to understand another’s feelings.

   She only commented her sympathy for Jacquee about Ashley (ee) when faced with her crying in her kitchen. She prob never thinks to call and check on her when she’s going about daily stuff. She just doesn’t get the give-and-take of friends and feelings.

   I partially think Caroline and Jacquee enabled her the first two seasons because they made excuses for her bad behavior if it was against someone else (Kim G., Danielle, etc). Without a villain in the picture to distract, it is obvious Tree is also a villain.

   I saw WWHL and it said Jay M. was going to be on with Melis. I was soooo hoping since he slams her a lot and wanted to see the throwdown between them.

   it is very obvious to me that Tersea is already on meds – just not ones prescribed to her. She was always out there – but her eyes, her behavior, etc show that this season she has been taking some happy pills or something…

   Somewhere…and it’s either in her blog or a tweet…she says something to the effect she wasn’t even talking about Chris’s stripper carwash.

   I don’t know what tickles me more…that she thinks we’re going to believe her or that there actually IS a market for stripper carwashes. Maybe I’m sheltered.

   Cannot WAIT for this reunion. Tre looks like she wants to come up off the couch but Caroline is giving her the People’s Eyebrow. Oh let it be Sunday already.

    I loved how it took her a beat to figure out that saying Caroline was 1/16 Italian was essentially saying the same of Chris.

    But, I don’t think she wrote the book herself, so she was probably only marginally aware of its contents. I have a hard time believing the person we see on the show magically becomes a halfway cognizant writer when she needs to.

    Listen, Tre is not the brighest crayon in the box, but I am always suspicious of things taken out of context. And despite all the bruhaha, it seems that Dina is still standing by her side, so it makes me wonder.

    Watching Teresa has been like watching a clown ride a Vespa through a car wash. We could laugh at her and be entertained by the spectacle. However, this season it has become increasingly apparent that she is crazy stupid coupled with mean. As for Caroline, she may have a blind spot where her children are concerned, but so do I. If Caroline is your friend she has shown she would be truly supportive. She may spout cliches, but she’s loyal.

    I still submit that if BRAVO gave IQ tests to the “players” some would score high, some would score low, etc. but T. Guidice would be the only one who would score totally outside the norm in the functional idiot range. She really is just dumb; and, if you really think about it most people are not just dumb – we are mostly average. I really think her clinical dumbness is alot of her problem.

    I haven’t watched the episode yet but am psyched to get home so I can! I just love how she calls ingredients ingredientses, that’s got knowledgable cook written all over it. I agree, I liked Teresa in season 1 & part of season 2 but then it became so obvious how disallusioned she is. She also appears as really insecure, but she masks it as really mean which I can’t stand!

    I didn’t think anything Teresa said was that offensive and she said she apologized and Manzos have been pretty catty and snide with their remarks about her finances and intelligence…..but I’m thinking there is more off camera issues going on like the bar fight in Punta Cana. So Team Jacwualine…. and it’s pretty mean for Caroline to tell everyone that Teresa said she didn’t want to make up with her brother on the reunion.

    I think it has been brewing between Caroline and Teresa. Caroline, i thought, was pretty rude last season in Italy. Rude remarks about the language and a general sucky attitude towards anything.A family invited them in their home after all. I think Teresa picks up on stuff like that, birthing olive garden comments etc. Caroline suffers from hybris and Teresa responds to that in her primitive instant emotion sorta way. They are equally annoying to me.

    I just don’t like that Caroline considers herself above reproach. I need someone to knock her down a few pegs and if Teresa is the only one to do, then so be it. Doesn’t mean I like Teresa, but I despise Caroline’s holier-than-thou manner, like she has all the answers. She seems so unhappy in her marriage, so lonely without her sons, andso critical of her daughter. Plus she’s in a feud with Dina, who’s taken Tre side in all of this. Yet Caroline wants to dole out advice about family?

    I also find it weird that some Italian-Americans, like Caroline, call themselves Italian (leaving off the “American”) yet have never visited the Italy nor learned the language. Just because your last name ends with a vowel and everyone loves your ziti does not an Italian make. Heck, you may as well be Snooki at that point. I think Tre sees this and felt the need to make a distinction as she and Joe visit Italy often, have relatives there, speak the language. Petty of her to put it in a book, but it doesn’t make it any less true.

    I am 1/4 Italian and never refer to myself as italian or italian-american. Maybe it’s a Jersey thing, (my italian side never lived there). I’m glad some one does call Caroline out even if it had to be Tre. If there was a fight between Manzo and Tre I would vote for Tre, hands does. Manzo would be swinging at her and Tre would be dodging like a bat, a bat-shit-crazy bat.

    I do like Melissa. Her hubby is another story. What is with him dressing up in women’s clothes and the next scene is all hands over his wife like he is compensating. There is no way my husband would wear women’s clothes (I can not refer to his clothes as outfits). Maybe it’s another Jersey thing.

    I kind of side with the Manzo’s on this one. I think the Manzo’s dish it out and can take it when it’s people like Danielle or Kim G. But they treated Tre and Joe Guiduce like family and then to have her backstab them in her book was too much. I think Caroline was pulling back this season. Maybe the Dina fight was part of it or else she finally opened her eyes to Tre’s behavior. I don’t think Caroline would have put up with the behavior Tre displayed if it was anyone else but Tre. She used to always say “that’s Theresa”. Now, I think she realized that it may be Teresa but she doesn’t have to put up with or like it. Starting with always making others wait, late by hours, only thinking about what she wanted to do (hello Chanels and babysitting her devil spawn so she could get it on w/ juicy) to table flipping and starting shit at fashion shows. Teresa is trash and she makes me want to punch the tv. Also, the crap about not wanting to use strippers for a car wash, or videotape herself ( I guess that is a Tamra slam?) is so ridiculous. Does this woman not remember holding up her swine of a husband’s cock ring? Really, Tre? Really?

    ***yawn*** We get the boring book quote/family dramas, whiny lazyAsslee and cross-dressing Joe all season? I wanted to see Juicy Joe in jail, damnit! Or Milania going postal. Or a second emergency surgery on Victoria. Or someone else in the Manzo family suddenly sleeping in the trunk of a car. But this? This was a finale? Turning out the lights now. Not sure I’ll bother with the reunion show this season.

    @TWSS I’m hoping that Caroline “going there” in regards to JoeyG and Teresa will cause her to let out some goodies about Caroline and the feud and lots of other things, but I’m thinkin the fact that Teresa is still good friends with Dina means she’ll stay mum on that feud

    Thinking about this damn shit show ’cause obviously I have no life.

    This feud didn’t start with the cookbook. Stop and think about the one liners we had from the Manzo boys while they were on vacation. The total embracing of Melissa and Kathy being “beloved Kathy”, Joe and Tre and the third grade words. I have sons, and I don’t think they would ever make fun of someone they knew I considered a good friend. Much less to do it on television in front of the whole world. Whatever happened, they’re just using the cookbook as the excuse.

    Anyone else feeling that?

    @ Mimo: but of course! Teresa’s annoying high pitched whine, her stupidity and her cave-man like behavior is so grating to watch, I cannot imagine hanging out with her in real life. Caroline and her family have not liked Teresa for awhile, however, without Teresa slinging the first shot, they were stuck. Since Caroline is always all about loyalty, she couldn’t ditch Teresa as a friend without good cause. And you know what? Caroline is all about her image and Teresa’s comments attacked that image (not fully Italian, not a good cook or mother). Them’s fighting words.

    Not to mention that every time Kathy coughs Teresa takes it as a sign of hostility, but when she outright insults a friend it is just a joke?

    Does anyone know why Jacqui isn’t in the reunion? What happened?

    I read Jacqueline didn’t do the reunion b/c they filmed the day after the Posche fashion show for season 4. That’s where the Melissa / stripper drama went down and jacqui was upset. She wouldn’t be allowed to talk about it though b/c it was season 4 drama and she can only discuss season 3. Whew! I guess she felt she couldn’t fake it and was feeling lots of anger towards teresa
