I didn’t comment on this earlier this week because it was absurd, but the feud has escalated. Rosie O’Donnell went on The Today Show and addressed the feud…she compared Lindsay Lohan To Whitney Houston…

I know Rosie is just trying to keep herself relavant, but does she really need to go on national television to talk sh*t about someone? I know that Lindsay is a disaster, and judging by how late she showed up to the Glee set yesterday, I don’t thinks she’s getting any better, but Rosie needs to let it go!!!

Is Donald not biting her bate anymore?

Here’s what she has to say:

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

Rosie annoys me. To go on a show specifically to talk about your faux-concern for a celebrity is just the lowest of low. Especially if you’ve never reached out to them personally. And to act all sanctimonious while basically saying we should be on Lohan Deathwatch is absolutely disgusting. If Lindsey is so hopeless, why is Rosie tryna hitch her fading star to Lohan’s wagon?

Where’s Trump when we need him? His insults are like a bright, shiny object. They keep Rosie distracted and the rest of us entertained.

All I know is that Lindsay’s still leading my office’s Dead Pool.

I’m not a huge Rosie fan but in her defense I watched both times she was on The Today Show and she was asked (along with the other 2 on the panel) her opinion on Lindsey. She didn’t go on the show to specifically target her. And I thought what she said was very heartfelt, and more so, true. She seemed genuinely surprised this morning at the reaction she got. Star Jones backed her up and reiterated the same things Rosie was saying but no one is attacking her.

I agree with RTVfan – she didn’t go on to talk about LL, but she was asked and gave her opinion. And what she said was true. The show brought her back to talk about the “fued’ – it wasn’t anything Rosie had planned to do.

And on a side note, if you put LL and Rosie side-by-side, it would be tough to guess which is older. Rosie doesn’t look 50 at all, and LL looks at least that old.

I agree with you without having watched Rosie on that show based simply on the fact that I hate Rosie. She does have a habit of telling everyone else how they should be, meanwhile she’s a shitty person.

I say bring back The Don. He may be juvenile sometimes, but it can get pretty damn funny. He’s an ass in a delightful sort of way.

i actually think rosie had a point, comparing lohan to whitney houston. she said, here is this damaged woman, going on television, and no one does anything to help her. we could all see something wrong with whitney, as we can with lindsay, but no one tries to really help them because they make people money, and they become entertainment instead.
