The Situation is officially a rich man. The dude started the year off by filing unemployment, and now the Hollywood Reporter is reporting that he’ll earn almost $5 million by the end of the year.

Here’s his “situation”:

-The guy is making almost $60,000/episode for season 3 (plus a bonus).

-he makes almost $1 million on personal appearances.

-he has a work-out DVD coming out

-he’s endorsing a new line of vodka

-rakes it in with his GTL app, and rap song on iTunes

-he’s penning an autobiography

-he’s NOW officially going to be on the next season of Dancing with the Stars

-and many other pending TV deals…

I’d say he’s one reality show whore that’s capitalized on everything that’s come his way, and is still current. He’s probably the smartest guy on the show…he may not be relevant in 3 years, but he’s certainly played his cards right. Nice work, Sitch. You’re not as dumb as I thought.

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

..and in 5 years, he’ll be bankrupt. I read an article with the producer of Jersey Shore and she said he was talking about buying a Ferrari…while they were still filming Season 2! hahahaha.. however, I may actually watch DWTS now that he’ll be on it. Can you imagine his banter with the judges?

This guy looks like Stephen Baldwin if someone hit Baldwin in the face with a frying pan and smashed his nose.

I don’t understand the TV business. Why is he getting so much money per episode when the audience for the show is 5.5 million? I read that “Pawn Stars” gets that every week. Is Chumlee getting that much money per episode?

This guy (Sitch) is getting more than people who are on legitimate hit shows with 2-3x the audience, I mean, real actors. Maybe it’s demographics. Young people probably watch this show, real dumb ones who will buy anything they advertise. Crazy world, huh?

It’s road side accident but with viewing fees.As long as there’s people who slow down to watch he will get pay….apparently there’s a lot of people who really slowing down to watch so he will get rich.

Wow…$60,000 per episode?? Who knew, a small reality show about self-proclaimed guidos and guidettes, partying, drinking, and hooking up could be so lucrative. I do all the same things, I’m not making $60,000…lol maybe I should just buy my own camera and film myself.
