Thursday, June 21

On June 21, 1948, Columbia Records unveiled the first LP record, completely changing the music industry. Before LPs, records could only contain about 5 minutes of music per side, requiring music to be released in actual albums, a book containing several records with generally only two songs (or two movements for classical pieces) on each record.

Breaking Pointe (The CW 8pm) Allison and Ronnie struggle during rehearsals, while Beckanne performs effortlessly; Rex confronts Allison about their relationship; Ronnie’s sister visits.

I actually watched an episode of this last week while I was on vacation, and I have never been so glad to not be a ballerina in my life.

Food(ography) (The Cooking Channel 8:30pm) The history of restaurants from the Romans to the French; supper club with Tamara Reynolds; Anfora wine bar.

A quote from Tamara Reynolds: “Food is just a vehicle to feed people in another way.” As opposed to NG tubes?

Swamp People (The History Channel 9pm) Troy’s road to the crown takes an unexpected turn.

Ladies and gentlemen, the King of the Swamp People.

Burn Notice (USA 9pm) Michael offers to help on a CIA mission for visitation privileges; Fiona is targeted by a gang leader.

He plans to leach the botox from her face and sell it on the black market.

100 Orgasms a Day (Discovery Family Health 10pm) Three women experience constant unwelcome climactic incidents.

We all have problems.

7 Days of Sex (Lifetime 10pm) A couple try to spice up their relationship without waking their sleeping children.

One word: Benadryl.

Snooki & JWoww (MTV 10pm) Snooki and Jenni decide to have one last hurrah before their lives get too serious.

And I’m recapping it!

America’s Worst Tattoos (TLC 10pm) A woman whose ex gave her an X-rated tattoo gets a tattoo transformation.

Now it’s only rated NC-17.

Suits (USA 10pm) Hardman is back to stay; Jessica needs Harvey’s help in drumming up support within the firm; Mike confronts Rachel.

I refuse to watch Zoe without Wash.

Wilfred (FX 10:30pm) Ryan realizes the consequences of not having Wilfred around.

Fortunately, while out running errands, he meets a six-foot, three-and-a-half-inch tall invisible rabbit who fills the void.

What will you be watching tonight?

About

After giving birth to her fourth child, SuburBint carefully weighed the options and decided that recapping reality TV was probably a better choice in the long run than alcoholism. Liver function tests have yet to confirm the wisdom of this decision. Being an honest-to-goodness recapper is also a dream come true, as she has aspired to do this ever since discovering that such a thing existed way back in 2002.

Her favorite shows of all time include Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Coupling, Breaking Bad, Sons of Anarchy, Firefly, Community, Parks and Recreation, Doctor Who, and Veronica Mars. She can also quote The Big Lebowski in its entirety, and will do so with little to no provocation.

I am a little scared to watch S&JW but I know I need to just to get the full impact of the SuburBint recap.

I have been a die hard Burn Notice fan, but after last weeks episode, I am not sure if I am going to watch anymore, it has gone down hill.

Suits on the other hand is getting better and better, and Gabriel Macht looks very nice in a three piece suit.
