The last Model T rolled off the Ford assembly line on this date in 1927.
Duets (ABC 8pm) The singers perform classic duets with their partners.
I must admit to being intrigued by what Robin Thicke might consider to be a “classic” duet.
Touch (Fox 8pm) Finale: Martin and Abigail (Catherine Dent) join forces as Aster Corp.’s interest in Jake increases; connections are revealed between events that seem unrelated.
Renewal Status: Renewed for a second season, proving once and for all that Loki is the god of television programming. And I’m taking the Marvel Comics version of Loki, with a dash of Lord Voldemort and a soupcon of that-frustrating-feeling-you-get-when-your-back-itches-and-you-can-almost-reach-it-but-not-quite thrown in to make him super, super evil.
Breaking Pointe (The CW 8pm) Premiere: Intense, behind-the-scenes moments at a professional ballet company are revealed.
I’m sure somebody’s just flushed with pride over that clever, clever show title.
Voyage Through the Magical Portal of Time Into Sitcoms of Days Gone By (The Hub, 1997, 1981, and 1980)
Sadly, they’re not stopping in 1976 tonight. Maybe next time.
Mary Mary (WE 9pm) Finale: Erica’s gives birth; Erica and Tina perform “Go Get It” at the Grammys; Tina takes drastic measures to save her marriage.
Renewal Status: Renewed. I skip over this show every single week because it looks like your standard boring reality show about people that I’m not interested in, but I guess some people are psyched about it.
Rookie Blue (ABC 10) While tracking down a police car stolen by students as a prank, Andy and Swarek pick up the trail of a teen who robbed and assaulted a local criminal.
Final Offer (The Discovery Channel 10pm) Premiere: Sellers battle it out with four savvy dealers to sell their treasures at the best price; solid gold swordhandle; NASCAR hoods; a Babe Ruth baseball.
I was just telling MisterBint that there aren’t nearly enough auction related shows on every single night on multiple networks. Glad The Discovery Channel is fighting to remedy that glaring deficit.
Mountain Men (The History Channel 10pm) Premiere: Eustace Conway survives by hunting, fishing and raising animals; Tom Oar lives with his wife on the Yaak River in Montana; Marty Meierotto, his wife and their daughter live in the small Alaskan town of Two Rivers.
Write your own caption, I have a soft spot for old married couples, however ludicrous they are.
Tattoo School (TLC 10pm) A woman struggling to escape the family business.
So much for my mother’s warnings that tattoos were a gateway into a life of crime. All these many years later I learn that they’re really a way out!
LA Hair (WE 10pm) Premiere: Tensions build between Kim and employee Angela; Kelly Rowland get hair services from Kim.
LA Law, LA Ink, LA Confidential, LA Heat… that’s all I can think of without cheating. What other “LA” shows/movies am I forgetting?
What will you be watching tonight?

After giving birth to her fourth child, SuburBint carefully weighed the options and decided that recapping reality TV was probably a better choice in the long run than alcoholism. Liver function tests have yet to confirm the wisdom of this decision. Being an honest-to-goodness recapper is also a dream come true, as she has aspired to do this ever since discovering that such a thing existed way back in 2002.
Her favorite shows of all time include Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Coupling, Breaking Bad, Sons of Anarchy, Firefly, Community, Parks and Recreation, Doctor Who, and Veronica Mars. She can also quote The Big Lebowski in its entirety, and will do so with little to no provocation.

I will pretty much be watching Duet and that is it. I was really shocked that Kelly and Jordan (?) The hot pink haired chick came in last! Their Duet of Stronger I thought was the best! Doesn’t Robin dump a partner and have to find a new one?? Thought that was in a commercial I saw…
All I know is there is nothing on tv, now that everything is done for the summer, thank goodness PPL is back next week…:)

Thank you (I think) for getting me hooked on Tattoo School. I don’t know why but I find the whole thing fascinating. Who the hell would let someone tattoo on them their first day with the gun?
