Olympic Fun Fact: The oldest known Olympic medalist was Oscar Swahn of Sweden, who won his final medal (a Silver medal in the Running Deer, Double Shot Team event) at the age of 72.
Big Brother (CBS 8pm) Contestants compete in the veto competition.
The burning question on everybody’s mind tonight is…
What happened with The Claw?!
XXX Summer Olympics (NBC 8pm) From London. Swimming, finals: men’s 200m breaststroke, men’s 100m freestyle, women’s 200m butterfly, women’s 4x200m freestyle relay; gymnastics: men’s all-around; beach volleyball, women’s: USA vs. Austria; diving: men’s synchronized springboard.
How many more medals can Michael Phelps bring home this year?
American Greed (CNBC 8pm) Premiere: A husband and wife convince distressed home owners to relinquish their homes; a hedge fund manager wanted for allegedly scamming more than 25 victims in a massive investment fraud.
These types of programs always make me think two things: 1) People suck, and 2) I wonder if I could have pulled a scheme like that off without getting caught?
Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles (Bravo 9pm) Josh Altman misjudges a new client; Madison fights off competing brokers to score a new client.
Cage match! Probably not, actually, Madison might break a nail.
American Guns (The Discovery Channel 9pm) A professional bull rider requests an unusual wearable gun; a teacher orders an M1 Garand to honor his grandfather who fought at Iwo Jima.
Why in the world does a bull rider need a gun?
Toddlers & Tiaras (TLC 9pm) Episode: Hollywood Stars Pageant
Is this the pageant with the uber-inappropriate Marilyn Monroe and Julia-Roberts-As-A-Prostitute costumes? We can only hope.
Top Chef Masters (Bravo 10pm) The chefs cater a wedding and hope to make it as lasting as the couples’ love.
I read Great Expectations; wedding food absolutely has an expiration date, and based on how quickly food rots, this couple is probably already divorced.
The Real World: St. Thomas (MTV 10pm) Episode: Smells Like Green Spirits
What’s sad is that none of the cast members probably even understand what that episode title is referring to.
I feel so very old now.
School Spirits (SyFy 10pm) Finale: Fraternity brothers share a house with the spirit of a local Native American who was hanged after going on a murderous rampage a century ago.
He then starts cutting off people’s ears, slitting their throats, and occasionally morphs into a bear. On Thanksgiving.
My Teen is Pregnant and So Am I (TLC 10pm) Mothers and their teenage daughters unexpectedly find themselves pregnant at the same time.
The key is to get pregnant before your teenage daughter becomes sexually active and make her a vital participant in caring for the infant. Best form of birth control ever.
What will you be watching tonight?
If you like it, spread it!:

I have no idea, but this has the potential to be my new favorite sport!
LOL “Best form of birth control”. Its kinda true. I always have to babysit my brothers. Sometimes it sucks being the oldest.
I’ll be watching “Who the Bleep did I Marry” and “Dates from Hell”. I like shows that make me say OH HELLLLL NAWWWWW!!!
I LOVE AMERICAN GREED! Every night when I go to bed I look for it first and am so sad when I missed it.
As for American Greed, if you think of a way— I’m in.
