Erin Burnett Out Front (CNN, 7 pm) The former CNBC anchor heads her own hour-long general news program.

I totally watch this for the news.

A Home for the Holidays with Martina McBride (CBS 8 pm) Celebrities present inspirational stories of adoption; musical performers include Justin Bieber, Mary J. Blige, Gavin DeGraw

Oprah and Gayle King talk about their long struggle to adopt Justin Bieber.

Who’s Still Standing (NBC, 8 pm) A bartender competes against 10 opponents in a trivia battle for $1 million.

It’s on all week. Oh, the joy.

The X Factor (Fox, 8 pm) The remaining finalists perform.

I firmly believe that if Mariah Carey had become a dog walker, neither this American Idol or the other show of the same name would exist. Paula would SO be homeless.

GaGa by Gaultier (CW, 9 pm) Musician Lady Gaga visits fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier at his Paris atelier to talk about her life and career.

And he gives her a hat made out of Chihuahua tails.

Work of Art: The Next Great Artist (Bravo, 9 pm) The finalists present their collections at Phillips de Pury to see who will be the winner.

I don’t have the heart to tell these people that art is never worth anything until after the artist is dead.

Top Chef: Texas (Bravo, 10 pm) Viewers twitter to direct the chefs in their dishes.

NWMTV tweets: Make something with Bertie Bott’s Every Flavour Beans!

American Horror Story (Fox, 10 pm) Constance schemes to raise Tate’s baby as her own.

It’s not like you can’t tell if a house is haunted. And yet, people keep movin’ into ‘em anyway…

How Evil Are You? (Green Planet, 10 pm) Film director Eli Roth conducts a series of experiments into what causes people to perform evil acts.

Roth’s Evilosity Scale goes from “Poppa Smurf” to “Dick Cheney”.

Toddlers and Tiaras (TLC, 10 pm) SamiJo, Alexes and Annabella pull out all the stops in their American Wear.

In 20 years, you’ll see every one of these pageant girls acting like psycho bitches from hell on Say Yes to the Dress.

By day, I'm an editor. That means I get a cruel thrill out of identifying the parts of other people's creative projects that suck, and alerting those people to said suckage. Sometimes, I get paid for it. I've been known to lose my appetite after seeing how a Thai menu has folded, spindled, and mutilated the Queen's English. Imagine what TV does to me! I guess that's why I wanted to be a recapper at TVgasm. My friends have heard all of my rants, and they are sick of them. TVgasm is a whole new captive audience! So, let's make a compact, you and I: you agree to read my recaps and take what amusement you can from them, and I agree to put into the print the outrageous observations about the show that you thought, but were too PC to say. Let's share our joyous rage after wasting another perfectly good hour in front of the television.

Oh, and I still believe that Magnum, P.I. was the greatest show on television. Although I have not seen Thomas Magnum fishtail that Ferrari in the opening credits since I was 14. If Magnum, P.I. actually sucked, keep your damn squeal hole shut and don't ruin it for me, OK?

I forgot today was Wednesday, so glad to be reminded that my guilty pleasure of T&T is on tonight. This damn cold is kickin my ass!
