- Bad news for TLC: Their ratings juggernaut Sarah Palin’s Alaska lost 40% of its audience this week (from the premiere). Good News: It still had a solid 3 million viewers which is fantastic for cable. Middle of the Road news: Jersey Shore is still a bigger deal than the Palin’s. (via Gawker)

- Lone Ranger is getting the big screen treatment by Gore Verbinski. This is awesome. If Gore could make a Disney ride into a wildly popular movie franchise imagine what he can do with this small screen gem. (via Deadline NY)

-I have to know does anyone else think that Burlesque looks like the worst movie ever?

- Attention Human Giant fans: Paul Scheer just sold NTSF:SAD:SUN to Adult Swim. The show was bought as a compliment to Children’s Hospital and like CH it came straight from the internets. NTSF:SAD:SUN first premiered in promo form (check out below) on the popular comedy site FunnyorDie. (via Deadline LA)

I agree about Burlesque. It looks like a non-ironic remake of Showgirls.

I second that, Burlesque looks rediculous. Why, Stanley Tucci, Why?
