Before I get to tonight’s fare, let me just warn those who plan on recording shows on their DVR’s that President Obama plans to speak from the Oval Office, at 8pm, on the oil spill crisis in the Gulf. It will be broadcast on ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, Fox News, PBS, MSNBC & CNBC. It’s suppose to last a mere 15 minutes. I’m sure the networks will stretch it into a half hour, at least.

Yes… Kathy Griffin is back for her 6th season on Bravo, tonight at 9pm. On her first episode of Kathy Griffin: Life on the D-List, she gets a role on Law & Order: SVU. She heads to Manhattan & seeks out none other than the gay-world goddess, Liza Minnelli. Who better to seek out for some acting tips. I’m sure it will be outrageous with these two bitches on TV together.

Double Exposure is a new “unscripted” reality show which follows Kathy Griffin at 10pm. We get to look into the intense & exciting life of the fashion photography duo of Markus Klinko & his former girlfriend Indrani. They are assisted by “visionary” stylist GK Reid. Between his diva-like hissy fits & her demands that she be respected, I’m sure shouting & fighting will be the norm. It will all wear thin in no time. Maybe we’ll see some famous clients. I hear Lindsey Lohan may make an appearance.

The 4th season of After the Catch follows it’s show-mate The Deadliest Catch, at 10pm. Mike Rowe returns as the show’s host after a one year absence. This episode will bring back Captains Sig Hansen, Johnathan & Andy Hillstrand, “Wild Bill” & Keith Colburn, who will pay tribute to the late Capt. Phil Harris.
Other new episodes on tonight are Hell’s Kitchen at 8pm, on FOX. The wannabes have to prepare lunch for the USC Marching Band. Later they play the ingredients dice game. That’s always a good one for making the chefs look like idiots. Losing It with Jillian & America’s Got Talent are on NBC at 8 & 9pm. On MTV, at 10 & 10:30pm we have new episodes of The Hills & The City. ABC Family has the second installment of Pretty Little Liars at 8pm. Tonight they concentrate on blind Jenna, the sworn enemy of the dead Allison.
Food Network is claiming that tonight, at 9pm, is the premiere of their new series Cupcake Wars. This competition show originally premiered this past Sunday, but Tuesdays will be it’s permanent timeslot. For those interested, it’s almost exactly like their other show, Chopped, right down to the elimination rounds & prize money. I was hoping it would be more like their Challenge shows.
ABC is airing the NBA Championship Finals at 9pm. It’s the Celtics at the Lakers & Boston is leading the series 3-2. CBS is showing repeats of it’s Tuesday night line-up.
Remember… the President at 8pm. I’ll be watching Kathy Griffin & Gordon Ramsey… how about you?
