TV Patrol: Gossip Girl Returns

The CW continues its Fall Line-Up with the 4th season premiere of Gossip Girl at 9pm. The opening episode has Blair & Serena parading around Paris, that is until Blair swears she sees Chuck. And lest we forget, back home Dan’s dealing with Georgina having a “bun in her oven”….. and Nate? ….well he’s still whoring around.

90210 also premieres it’s 3rd season at 8pm. The West Beverly kids get a real shake-up when they begin their senior year…. in the form of an earthquake that is! There will be lots of other shake-ups over the course of the groups last year in high school. Can I give you a hint? Do I want to? Do I even care? No, no & no!

If your a fan of the Lifetime movies & HBO’s Big Love, tonight at 9pm, is a very compelling tale of polygamy & murder. The 19th Wife is based on the novel by David Ebershoff. Becky Lynn is Sawyer Scott’s 19th wife & she ends up killing him. As this drama plays out, we are sent back to 1875 & the life of Ann Eliza, a sister wife to Brigham Young. She rebels their lifestyle & is expelled & banned from the compound. These two stories come to a head at the end. I wish I’d have had sister wives. My life would have been so much easier!

There are a few finales again tonight. ABC’s The Bachelor Pad ends at 8pm, but not before Dancing With the Stars gets a shout-out & all 19 contenders return for a little reunion.

TNT’s new girl/cop show Rizolli & Isles has it’s 1st season finale at 10pm. A cop killing gang has our heroes trapped & they have no way out but I’m sure they’ll kick ass & take names later.

If you haven’t checked out Showtime’s The Big C on at 10:30pm after Weeds, tonight would be a good time to watch it. It stars Laura Linney & is refreshingly funny. That’s what I plan on watching… after Hoarders (A&E 9 & 10pm) that is.
