TV Patrol: Monday Madness!

Nothing is more appropriate right now than the season premiere of the new animated comedy on TBS tonight. Neighbors From Hell airs at 10pm, sandwiched between repeats of Family Guy. It’s all about a family from hell… literally. The devilish Hellman family has been sent to a suburban Texas neighborhood. Their mission is to stop the humans from drilling into their hellish paradise. See the connection to current events??? Love it!

NBC has the 7th season 2-hr premiere of Last Comic Standing at 8pm.  Craig Robinson hosts & we start right off with auditions in LA. I’m hoping we see Flipit trying out! This year’s judges are Andy Kindler, Natasha Leggero & Greg Giraldo.

Following at 10pm, is the new series Persons Unknown. This is NBC’s “LOST” or so I’m hoping. It’s about seven strangers that were abducted & dropped in a deserted town with no apparent way out. There are surveillance cameras everywhere. On the first night together, one of the seven gets a fortune cookie message telling her to kill one of the others to gain her freedom. Sounds good, doesn’t it. I’m hoping so.

Oxygen is premeiring season #2 of Dance Your Ass Off at 11pm tonight. Former Spicegirl & DWTS winner Mel B. is this year’s host. 25 ass-dancing hopefuls will be cut down to 12.

ABCFamily has the 3rd season premiere of Secrets of an American Teenager at 8pm. Ben is wondering if Adrian is really pregnant & Ashley’s getting birth control. The teen drama is on a roll.

Animal Planet has a new series airing at 10pm. Last American Cowboy is a reality-based show that will follow three Montana ranching families as they raise their cattle from birth to auction house. We don’t get to see the eventual slaughter house & McDonald’s ending.

VH1 will showcase a tribute to the Dirty South on it’s 7th Annual Hip Hop Honors at 9pm.  Craig Robinson is hosting this one too. the man really gets around. Performers include Bun B, Lil Jon, T-Pain, Paul Wall and Trina & Pitbull. Love those names!

New episodes of The Bachelorette & True Beauty are on ABC at 8pm & 10pm.

FOX has an all-new Lie To Me at 8pm, folowed by the new series The Good Guys, at 9pm. Anyone watch this yet. I tried & switched after 10 minutes.

CBS is running repeats of all their comedy line-up.
