I used to be obsessed with Pop Up Video, until they stopped! But, It’s baaaaaa—-aaaaack! Not on your tube, but for your mobile phone. They’re calling it, Pop Up Video To Go. So, for those of you who loved the music videos that had all of the pop-up factoids, which are officially called, “info nuggets”, you can now download them to your mobile phone. This version of Pop Up Video will be different though, they will be made specifically for your phone, so the facts are a bit larger, and stay on for a longer period of time.

VH1 is doing two new installments every week with the first two being, Gwen Stefani’s “Holla Back Girl” and Fall Out Boy’s “Thnks Fr Th Mmrs.”

Now, I know this isn’t exactly bringing back music videos to a network that was based on music, but it’s a start, right?

VH1 has really been kicking it in high gear trying to get their interactive and web programming off the groud this past year. Other shows they have on-mobile-demand are Know It All, Best Week Ever trivia and a new show launching this fall, The Misadventures of Bob Paparazzo.

Check out VH1′s mobile website.

Now, the real question is, is this where all of the money went when MTV/VH1 layed off over 250 people earlier this year? “Sorry guys, you’re fired, we have mouths to feed, um, cell phone mouths.

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.
