Who Will Fill Sharon Osbourne’s Seat For America’s Got Talent?

Now that Sharon Osbourne is off the judges’ table on America’s Got Talent, NBC is putting together their wish list of sassy females. TMZ is reporting that they’re looking at Shannen Doherty, Carly Simon and Leann Rimes. Because when I think sassy, I think Carly Simon…. What a weird list, right? Shannen is known to be a b*tch, but I don’t know how good of a judge she’ll be, Leann is known to be a home wrecker–but again, don’t know if that’ll be good judging material…and Carly Simon…I’m drawing a blank…is it because she sang and wrote You’re so Vain??? According to TMZ, no offers have been made yet, but they’re being eyed like a piece of meat.

I know this sounds crazy, but if they want someone controversial and loud, I think they should get Rosie O’Donnell on that judges’ table. I’m not even joking. She loves singing and talent shows, she’s friends with Howard Stern, and she has QUITE a mouth on her. Just my two cents.

Who do you think they should get?

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

    Okay, what the fuck though.

    Shannen Doherty?
Her last work was some commercial for online college.
And she sucked at that too. Going from Sharon Osbourne to her is like going from a towncar to a dump truck. Downgrade.

    Leann Rimes horrifies me.
    No.

    And lol at Carly Simon.

They better go back to the drawing board.
Shannen Doherty. She’d probably do it for 10 bucks and a cheeseburger.

I think Rosie would be a great judge, but there are probably two things holding her back. After her stints on The View and her last talk show, people behind the scenes probably aren’t that eager to work with her. Also, if she were going to be on the show it would probably cost some coin, more than NBC was probably paying Sharon, so it might be a non-starter. Too bad, because she would be great at something like this
