You gotta hand it to The View. These cluckers really know how to keep their dumb asses in the news. Just because Rosie left after fighting publicly with The Donald and spouting off 9/11 conspiracy theories doesn’t mean the show was just gonna lie down and die. Enter Sherri, claiming stone faced that the world is flat. And this week, Whoops gets the gals another YouTube moment with her disbelief of the moon landing. “Why is the flag waving?” Uh, the video YOU’RE showing shows an astronaut HITTING the flag! GOOD LORD WHOOPIE! When Babwa Wawa, the woman who insists that her dog speaks to her, is the one who sounds sensible in a discussion that doesn’t rely on cue cards, well, I guess you’re doing your job. Well done!

    Huh…not to burst your bubble or anything but NASA blatantly said that have acquired hollywood’s help in finding the tape of that infamous landing. Why would NASA lose the tape of the first landing on the moon and what would hollywood know about where it is?

    Plus, the moon’s wind is really just solar winds. I’m pretty sure the wind isn’t like the earth…the moon doesn’t have its own atmospheric pressure. The fabric(the flag) itself SHOULDN’T BE WAVING. It should be extend on the pole but not waving but its not doing that in those tapes. Feel free to counter me: I’m just spouting 11th grade physics (and I failed)!

    I’m not a conspiracy theorists, but all of this sounds too weird. I don’t think Whoopy is dumb. Its not because someone decides to counter the norm that she’s an idiot.

    ok yes it is harsh to call whoopie flat out dumb. i actually like her and think she saved the show. i just think it’s funny that these women can still surprise me with some of their conversations.
    as far as debunking you, sowhat, i can’t! all i can talk about is what i saw. an astronaut hitting the flag to make it move. it’s in the video. and i read a news article saying that the original footage was erased for budget reasons (?!?!?) so the video we see is the footage the news organizations had at the time.

    I don’t believe that Whoopie really exists, because if she did, the cameraman who was filming that would have popped his head in front of the camera to prove he was there.
