Will Ferrell is going to guest-star over an arc of episodes on The Office. That’s some big news for the show! He’ll be playing a branch manager from the home office who turns out to be just as big of a tranwreck as Michael Scott. The Office‘s executive producer, Paul Lieberstein said, “We found Steve Carell when he was nothing but a movie star and we turned him into a television star…We are proud to continue ‘The Office’s’ tradition of discovering famous talent, and we hope that once America gets a good look at Will, they’ll see what we see: tremendous raw sexuality.”

Ha. I love Paul’s quote! Will can be some “tremendous raw sexuality.”

I’m excited about Will coming to The Office. It’ll be nice to see him playing another character other than what we’re used to seeing on his movies. As for The Office, it’s only going to help their ratings, plus let’s not forget–they do make good use of their guest starts (well most of them)–so everybody wins!

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.

I wish Will Ferrell was going to be the new boss. I mean, Michael is rumored to be leaving in four episodes. Coincidence?

@THIAJOK, uh yeah!! Any thing I know he’s going to be on I will watch that hot piece of chocolaty goodness. I was surprised that Luther was so short. Is that how they do it across the pond? (snort..I said “do it”)

LOL! I think it was a trial series–floated as a mini-series to see if it gained ratings. It is supposed to have another season, maybe with more episodes?
